Glass claims

If you need to claim for glass damage please call Smith & Smith direct on 0800 80 90 80.

They provide a 24 hour service and as our recommend supplier for all fixed glass, they can manage the entire claim process for you.

Liability claims

Liability claims can be received months or years after the event that caused the loss or injury.  Early notification of events which may lead to a claim provides us with the opportunity to gather facts whilst circumstances are fresh in people's minds and witnesses are available. We might also be able to offer advice on risk management or accident prevention to prevent any further loss or injury from occurring. Most importantly, by having a record of the circumstances, we are able to respond promptly to claims.
